Production
Five stages, one goal: a road-ready unit.
Everything happens at our 5+ hectare site in Singosari, Malang, with a capacity of 1,500 units per year. No stage is skipped, and every stage has a checkpoint before the next begins.
Design & planning
Your requirements become dimensions here: how many passengers, how people board and alight, how much luggage space. Everything is decided before material is cut, so there is no rework.
- Body dimensions & proportions
- Seat layout and aisle
- Ventilation and lighting
- Operator visual identity
Body frame fabrication
The frame decides how long a body lasts. We choose material that is strong without making the unit heavy, and make sure the joints are precise — the part that most affects stability on the road.
- Carries the whole structure
- Keeps the ride stable
- Base for panels and interior
Assembly & body forming
Panels are fitted and formed to the design. Neat joints at this stage are what keep the body tidy and rattle-free after years of service.
- Exterior panel fitting
- Body forming
- Aligning structure to chassis
Interior & feature installation
This is the part passengers feel most. Seats, AC, lighting and safety features are installed and then tuned so they stay comfortable for hours — not simply bolted in.
- Seats and their layout
- Air conditioning system
- Interior lighting
- Control panel & safety features
Finishing & quality control
Finishing and final inspection. We test every function before handover, so small issues do not turn into complaints in the first week of operation.
- Finishing & painting
- Detail inspection
- Functional test before handover
